Shipping Informations:

• Most products ship within 24 hours, but could take up to two business days.
• Once your purchase order has been shipped, we will attach the tracking details to your order and send them to you via message.
• Only orders that have not yet been shipped may be canceled. Cancellations should be made prior to receiving shipment tracking information.
• Orders placed from Friday after 5 PM PST through Monday at 9 AM PST cannot be canceled, as we are unable to process cancellations for orders shipped over the weekend.
• Cancellation approvals can only be obtained during normal business hours at our warehouses.
• We are not responsible for carrier transit times. Please note that transit times may vary, especially during peak periods or adverse weather conditions.

Return:

• A Return Merchandise Authorization Number, or RMA Number, is assigned to your return and is used for tracking purposes.
• If a buyer purchases the wrong product by mistake or no longer needs the product, they are responsible for the cost of return shipping or for the cost of shipping a desired replacement, as well as any price difference if the replacement is of higher value than the original item.
• If the delivered part does not fit as described, please provide the Vehicle Identification Number (VIN) of the vehicle and a digital picture of the non-fitting part. We will verify with the manufacturer and either send a correct replacement at no cost or issue a full refund if no replacement is available.
• No claims can be filed after 30 days from the date of package delivery.

Your warranty lasts for one year from the delivery date of your item. It covers functional issues that may arise with the auto part due to manufacturing defects. However, it does not cover damage caused by improper installation, accidents or damage sustained after installation, negligence in maintaining the product post-installation, or modifications made to the product.
